quals are well under way! today was the first day i got home early to study for quals. i'm proud of myself so far - getting a good start on studying. hopefully i won't burn out early.

my grandma came into town, along with my aunts and my cousins. it was a nice summer night out, catching up with them and watching video footage of the second generation of twins - my cousin's twin babies. they are so adorable. jen and i are quickly being replaced by very cute replacements. ^^
