what a dramatic day. made me realize that when someone tries to put you down, it's usually a result of the insulter's insecurities that causes him to lash out onto another. thank God i wasn't involved in this, but spent most of the day smoothing things over and patching things up.

baking brownies is helping to ease the day. eating them will probably be better.
